In today's episode I'm talking about the importance of letting all out, releasing all the stuck emotions, experiences and even thoughts that might be keeping us awake.
I've decided to record this after a couple of sessions with my clients who struggled to fully relax even after the sound bath, reiki or meditation they were still feeling little unsettled.
