Most meals are forgettable. They’re meant to keep us going until the next one. Then there are the great meals that you tell your friends about. THEN there are the next level meals that make you say, “I don’t think I’ll ever experience this dish done better.” Even when you’re a foodie constantly looking for new and interesting places to try, that kind of experience is rare.
