How Slowing Down Can Lead to Healing

Guest Sara Vatore

SHOW SUMMARY: Do you ever find yourself so caught up in your busy day that you forget to eat or even take a break? Are you constantly running on overwhelm, afraid that if you slow down, you won’t be able to keep up with all your responsibilities? If this sounds like you, then this episode of Look for the Good is a must-listen!

Join us as we sit down with Sara Vatore, a successful Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and Performance Coach, who opens up about her personal journey of overcoming the odds. Sara was diagnosed with rare autoimmune diseases that her doctors said were incurable.
