- You don't have to be a researcher or have advanced degrees to observe that leadership is fucked up. It is obvious to anyone who hasn't been unduly influenced, from two leaders willing to allow tens of thousands of deaths, including children, to an ex-president about to go on trial for a federal crime in the United States. Look at employees who bounce between jobs and are unsatisfied with their jobs. In this video, we examine some data to show how poorly leadership is perceived and offer an alternative that can help prepare leaders for the future.
