This episode is focusing on medication management. Why I feel that it is in my interest to take my daily antipsychotic medication. I also highlight my experience of sexual abuse, physical abuse, trauma , intergenerational trauma and intergenerational poverty whilst living in Onitsha Nigeria which exacerbated my mental health and wellbeing. My aim is certainly not to tell people what to do or tell them how to live their life. Always consult a medical practitioner before you engage in trying to stop or reduce your medication. Also please seek counselling or talk to a therapist. Please remember I'm not a therapist, My experiences are my experiences. Every bodies recovery will look different to yours. It is not a race ! Please stay safe and exercise caution. Maintain responsible behaviour especially when dealing with medication management. Thank you!
