This is such an important topic because, not only does the Bible say that we’re wired for community, but research also shows that having a supportive community around you is so important for our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.
In today’s episode, I share 5 key benefits of doing health in community with others, as well as some ideas for where you might be able to find those communities. And two of those are right here!
