Melissa Lantsman is a Canadian politician who serves as the member of parliament for Thornhill in the House of Commons. As a Conservative Party representative she was elected in the 2021 Canadian federal election. Lantsman previously worked with other conservative administrations specifically with Prime Minister Stephen Harper. Lantsman serves as the shadow minister of transport in the opposition. Her most recent work has been fighting to lift all travel mandates across the country as well as eliminate the backlog at Canadian airports.
