Nearly injured myself today when the squat rack I have that doubles as a bench press station slid back when I re-racked the 185 I was pressing. Thankfully, I was able to re-rack it by throwing my weight backward and didn't suffer an injury. I tell my back injury story from when I was a trainer at L.A.
