Our life experiences can at times convince us that we are alone and our struggles are unknown to others. We can also encounter challenges that cause us stress, anxiety, fear etc. -- but cannot figure out why. Life is an adventure worth living but in the midst of that it can also be confusing, and challenging. My goal is provide us with some insights into various areas of our lives, and to provide a sense of understanding and knowing that we are not alone.
