For this week, on the HHM podcast, I decided to chat about the basics PLUS. Meaning, taking a basic ingredient and then putting your own spin on it. While you can apply this to so many things on your plate, I decided to focus on chicken. In the coming weeks, I will feature different ingredients.
This basic of the American table has many benefits and can be cooked in many different ways. Not that I recommend having it daily (variety is KEY in nutrition), but I DO want to encourage you to try new flavorings, cuts and cooking methods.
NOTE: ALWAYS buy organic vegetarian fed when you can! This is super important! You are whey you eat eats.... you don’t even want I know what commercially raised chickens eat. No really. It can be So gross.
Remember to keep trying new things to find more happy healthy foods you and your family will look forward to.
