I absolutely loved recording this episode, we got into all areas of the beautiful dance of the salsa, what it means to Dani, his joy of teaching & what it does for people's happiness, confidence & fulfilment in life!

Many people suffer from anxiety & depression in silence but the more we open up ourselves in our vulnerability, the more we can open up into our healing journeys while giving others the permission to do so themselves.
