Douglas is the author of several books including his new book: "Baseball Dreams and Bikers" Doug’s new book is a compelling collection of short stories that delves into the intricate lives of individuals entangled in the realm of dreams, family, and unforeseen circumstances. In this captivating anthology, "Baseball Dreams and Bikers" explores the fragility of dreams, the impact of familial bonds, and the unforeseen challenges that can shape lives. Each story immerses readers in a world where aspirations collide with the complexities of existence, painting a vivid portrait of the human spirit's resilience and the choices that define our paths.
Doug’s other books includes; Narican: The Cloaked Deception, a science fiction piece about the evolution of souls. Love in a Dying Town, which is a story about a single father raising his daughter in a dying factory town, showing her right from wrong, even as the world crumbles around them, even as parts of him do as well.
As a writer and as an individual he is the seeker of deeper truths that are often hidden in plain sight, or swept under society's dirty rug.
