Today I talk about what OCD is (I am not a professional), since it is OCD awareness week! I express frustrations on stigmas and misconceptions such as when people assume I am so organized and clean, as well as my experienced advice when struggling to seek help or stay motivated to recover!! I also answer a dear abbey question about whether or not to go back to a complicated ex!
