1 Ep 33 with Wayne Dyer "When You Change The Way You Look At Things, The Things You Look At Change" 18:30
The intention of the creating the game podcast is to interview individuals who have done the deep inner work required to wake up — and become a conscious creator of their life. In order to do so, we must unwind years, maybe decades, of insecurity, inauthentic expression, conditioning and judgment from our environment, all for us to be able to see ourselves in truth. A bright, inspired light. A breath of fresh air. A sentient being filled with and radiating joy. And we walk through each moment with a deep embrace and a knowing in our hearts we are on the right path and creating and enjoying our game of life. I think this is the path Eleni Kelakos has embraced. She is a speaker, a coach, a trainer and an author who is on a mission to inspire others to embrace their transformational presence. In this episode we discuss Eleni’s life growing up all over the world, some of her life that she spent pursuing and embracing the actress and singer/songwriter calling, her work particularly with women – who we need desperately to lead during this time in history, and the cosmic clues that we must follow in order to create our games of life. Check out Eleni at theelenigroup.com/…
Today’s episode with Bobby Carpenter. Bobby is formerly a linebacker at The Ohio State University, where he was drafted in the first round in 2006. He spent 6 years in the NFL on a multitude of teams. I had the privilege of meeting Bobby this past year, where he taught a private equity course at the Fisher College of Business at Ohio State. Not only is he a professor today, but he also runs his own business ventures and is an active contributor on ESPN programming. As he highlights in this episode, his most important roles he values are his role as a husband and a father. Bobby drops some great insights in this episode on work ethic, surrounding yourself with others who push you and support your dreams, and structuring an intentional life. I am really grateful for Bobby’s time and proud to give you episode 30 with Bobby Carpenter.…
Today’s episode is with Alexander Schieffer and it may be the best CTG episode to date. Alexander is the founder and executive director of Trans4m, which is a new type of educational entity that is an integral response to our current “world on fire” that faces massive socio-ecological-economic-and spiritual imbalances that altogether threaten the existence of humanity and the planet. In this episode we discuss Alexander’s journey to starting this organization, his love for poetry, the ingenious I went through that he led, his PhD thesis, where he made breakthrough discoveries on the leadership capacity of some of the top CEOs in the world. And I think one of the most important things I took away from this experience is Alexander’s inspiration to draw insights from his experiences, failures, and connections to find ways to create a fuller society that helps uncover who we are as a humanity or person and how we can become fully human. I think some of these messages are critical to understand during this time in history where we may need to foster a massive awakening in our society and be open to the uncertainty that comes with transforming our robust infrastructure to fundamentally new ways of living and being Check out Trans4m: http://www.trans-4-m.com/ Four Questions for self-transformation: Phase 1 - Evocation - What is your most courageous dream? Today’s podcast episode is with Patrick Stepanek. Patrick is the founder of Natural United, which is an outdoors company who shares brilliant content, sells products, and promotes projects that honor and showcase our beautiful mother earth. The community Patrick has built is now over 1 million strong and this collective is dedicated to inspire conservation efforts in our society. I felt inspired myself after this podcast and over the past month after this podcast I have been eating up articles and books about our planet and sustainability efforts. I have a lot of respect for Patrick’s philosophies and optimism and I confident that when we circle back to him on another episode of the CTG podcast down the road, we will see him continuing to create conscious movements rooted in optimism and community. Here is Episode 28 with Patrick Stepanek.…
Today’s podcast is with Andrew Chiou. While I do enjoy podcasting older folks like Mark Sullivan, Johnny Sirpilla, or Linda Haley who have manifested wonderful businesses or life experiences over time, some of my favorite episodes are with people who are my age. Young people who are embracing the process of self-mastery. Andrew is one of those individuals in my life. I see this man at the gym at 5:30am each morning and have found that he is both incredible dependable and honest with himself. In this episode we talk about a mental transformation he recently underwent during a solo travel experience across the country. I find this episode valuable for many young adults who maybe just graduated and are traveling abroad for a couple months, maybe someone moving to a new city for an internship, or maybe just going through a new stage of life. I think one of the major lessons I learned through our conversation, was the importance of creating space and solitude in our lives and slowing down to the speed where truth and wisdom pierce our consciousness, where we can gain the perspective necessary to find meaning and purpose when our speedy lives return back to normal. I think many people aspire to taste the uncertainty of traveling to unknown places or planning a random travel experience, but Andrew made it happen and we talk about some of his major takeaways in this episode. Here is episode 27 with Andrew Chiou.…

Dr. Mark Sullivan is an organizational psychologist, an Ohio State Fisher College of Business faculty member, a coach to executives and government leaders, and a motivational speaker on personal leadership in high demand environments. I had the privilege to assist Mark in his most recent project, which was a book Titled “THRIVE! When Trouble Visits, being your best in tough times.” Mark spent hundreds of hours interviewing CEOs, military generals, healthcare executives, elite professional athletes, Hollywood celebrities and many other individuals who have found the capacity to thrive in high pressure, and sometimes very traumatic, environments because of their commitment to Presence, Passion, and Purpose. This book is now available at Barnes and Nobles Bookstore. What I love most about Mark is that he is not only a respected academic, but he is truly a student in the game of life who has overcome many challenges - some of which he shares in this podcast. I am lucky to sit across the table from Mark in this interview and learned so much from an awesome human being.…

I was first introduced to Reiki when the Director of Critical Care Nursing, and Associate Director of Integrative Nursing at the OSU Med Center came into a class and discussed the practical use of this alternative form of healing through a lecture. In my research I have found that Reiki is a vibrational, or subtle energy, therapy most commonly facilitated by light touch, which is believed to balance the biofield and strengthen the body's ability to heal itself. Although systematic study of efficacy is scant thus far, Reiki is increasingly used as an adjunct to conventional medical care, both in and out of hospital settings. I am very interested in alternative forms of medicine and healing and had to find the best Reiki practitioner in the area. After researching, I found Linda Haley who is a master reiki practitioner, teacher, and an incredibly passionate and fulfilled individual. She has been practicing for decades and has found a way to mix her passion, her purpose, and her profession all in one space that she has created from the ground up. I am incredibly grateful I had the opportunity to connect with such a wise leader who approached her work and life from an incredibly spiritual lens. I learned a lot recording this episode and hope you will appreciate Linda’s message as much as I did.…
