I sound like a giddy school girl in this episode. But I don’t care…I’m obsessed!
It’s not often that a book comes along that can change your life. Unwinding Anxiety is THAT book. Since I starting reading it and doing the Unwinding Anxiety app I’ve made changes. Major. And dare I say actually feel less anxious?!? Dr. Jud Brewer is the man behind this method. He is a thought leader in the field of habit change and the "science of self-mastery”. He is the director of research and innovation at the Mindfulness Center and Associate Professor in Psychiatry at the School of Medicine at Brown University , as well as executive medical director of behavioral health at Sharecare..
On today’s episode we talk about what else…anxiety! Even though Dr. Jud is super smart with a million degrees, he’s incredibly humble and disarming to speak to. If you want to change a habit, behavior or your life, I urge you to join us.
