Welcome back to a series about the 9 different facets I've identified in my work. They are wide-ranging and cover a diverse variety of approaches to human cognition, motivation, and valuation, which help to make my zone of conversation useful and helpful for a wide variety of leaders and creatives.
The first facet is...an inexhaustibly insightful metaphysical philosopher and ontological theologian. Big words! What do they mean? Simply put it means that I am constantly looking for the deepest and most precise expression of what reality is made of so that we can observe and work with it better to improve our results. But there's a bit more to it than that. Still, this is where my thinking and conversation starts and, I would say, accounts for its great relevance to so very many problems and questions.
