In this episode, one of my "brothers" Matthew Grose jumps on the podcast to talk about his interesting journey through life thus far. We started the podcast by talking about his progression through school and a drastic change he made in his career pathway in university. We then chatted about his life as a teacher and coach whilst diving into leadership as a focus point of the episode. The episode was rounded out by a discussion surrounding regrets and fitness as a life hack before Grosey took aim at some rapid fire questions.
