We talk all about Coach's Experiences throughout his time in the FDNY, as an Athlete, and Coach. We also get to talk a little Offensive Line like only two old offensive linemen can do. It was great to catch up with Tim from our old days coaching throws in the OCIAA in the Hudson Valley of NY. We also spend some time reflecting and Remembering the events of 9/11 2001 and honor the bravery of all those emergency responders who ran into harm's way to save as many people as they could. NEVER FORGET the act that was committed that day and those lives who were lost!
