Marissa Jablonski, Ph.D.is an Environmental Engineer focusing on International Development and Innovation, in sustainable use of water, of plastics and culture since 2009. Because of her cutting-edge approach and ideas, for many years she's been the only woman at the table.
Marissa has found that making your voice heard at a table dominated by males is to bring your "own folding chair". She believes that you have to establish your point of view and say it often.
Marissa will share stories about how using her voice inspired other women in her field of Engineering. She has inspired innovation globally and her work has set in motion emerging global economies, as well as emerging woman leaders around the world.

Marissa Jablonski, Ph.D. is an Environmental Engineer whose focus is on international development and innovation in sustainable use of water, of plastics and culture since 2009. Because of the cutting-edge approach of her work, she has for many years been the only woman at the table.
Marissa has found that making your voice heard at a table with a predominate male presence is walk in with your “own folding chair”. Establish a tone with your own point of view.
