Today I’m interviewing Dani Tan—one of the leaders I featured inside the Latinx + Hispanic Heritage Month Pop-Up Directory on Instagram. Through this directory and interview series, my hope is to use my platform to help amplify the voices and stories of other badass latinx leaders.
Dani is a Leadership & Career Coach who honed her pivot and promotion skills to grow into the First-Gen, Asian-Latina leader she is today.
Over time, she’s learned to turn conversations into job opportunities and pivoted multiple industries: public relations, sales, merchandising, and e-commerce while achieving 11 promotions in 11 years.
