Have you ever found yourself scrolling through your social media feed and suddenly feeling overwhelmed by all the news about the economy, politics, people getting sick, and things like inflation? Do you ever feel like you need a break from the pressure?

If so, take a minute to check in and ask yourself, "where's your head at?" It's a simple question, grammatically incorrect, but an important one. Instead of focusing on all the things that aren’t working around us, let's challenge ourselves to look for the "evidence" for the things that are currently working in our lives and those around us.

Because when we're feeling out of hope and under more pressure, it can affect our relationships, energy levels, work performance, satisfaction, and happiness.

Many of us have been overwhelmed by obstacles to peace in our world, whether it's the media cycles of violence, our community, our home, or the negative self-talk that keeps us from doing the things we love. So, what are the obstacles to you living in peace inside and out?

It’s true we don’t always have a lot of control in life. Living in peace is an active intention. Living in peace is a contribution to more productive relationships and a more peaceful world.
