Has COVID-19 changed the way we live and work forever? Many parts of our daily lives will change. Be it working from home more, reducing travel or changing the way we consume goods and spend our time. This will have far reaching implications for the economy, but particularly traditional infrastructure assets like airports and toll roads. Yet with change comes opportunity. The way we consume energy, purchase goods and interact with each other has evolved much quicker than anyone expected. In this session, we will discuss the outlook for traditional infrastructure assets including electricity grids, power generation and transport and outline why telecommunications (including 5G) and renewable energy assets warrant further consideration.
