The Gospel of Matthew Chapter 21 tells a story of its own. It illustrates the broken relationship between those who were called and then chosen to serve the kingdom, and of those who fall away to live religious lives thinking they are righteous but are far from it.
If you are reading this, then the Lord is speaking to your heart. The good news gospel of Jesus Christ offers the only way and truth to gain eternal life in His kingdom. Jesus wants you to surrender everything in this life and follow Him to live according to His purpose. In fact, this is exactly what He did for you so you could have eternal life! I am not talking about living a life where you simply go to church or religiously live your life to please God. Instead, this is about becoming a whole new person, a new creation.
