In the Wild: Access to nature is a social justice issue
Manage episode 279413795 series 2835749
In July we invited a group of experts and thought leaders to discuss the challenges we face for our planetary and human health at Vivobarefoot’s spiritual home in Devon.
Our environment is under threat and we wanted to show our guests what is at stake if we don't change our course. The group swam and run 15km down the coastline, cooking and camping overnight in the wild as well recording 2 podcast episodes round a camp fire.
In this episode our guest host Rangan Chatterjee leads a conversation and debate on why access to nature is a social justice. With guests including:
Vivobarefoot co-founders Galahad and Asher Clark, Vivobarefoot Sustainability Director Emma Hamilton Foster, Black Girls Hike founder Rhiane Fatinikun, Adventurer Laura Try, Climate activist Lindsey Cole and Wild Human founder Ben McNutt.
