Most of us count on Google searches to get a steady flow of traffic to our websites in order to capture leads and make sales. However, very few people actually understand the important role that search engine optimization and keyword-relevant content play in helping you get this organic ( unpaid traffic ) -
In this episode, I share with you a tool that is going to become very important if you are planning on producing content such as, Youtube videos, blogs, or podcasts. I talk about how you can use the Google trends application to find relevant keywords and search terms that people are using to find things online. I explain the basics of how SEO works and why you want to be laying the foundation of SEO now in order to help you rank on keywords later.
We also touch on why people talk less about SEO and Google Keyword search optimization than they do other digital marketing techniques. The main reason being the fact that with paid traffic, for example, Facebook ads - you do receive instant gratification. Whereas SEO content creation is more about doing the work now to reep the rewards in the future.
