This topic arose from a recent minor accident on the job during a brand-new concrete pour. Thankfully, this accident was minor and did not require a DOB inspection. The objective of this video series is to share the sequence of events that happened that created this concrete bucket accident on the scaffold. I want to share with you how the root cause was determined and resolved so that the partial stop work order was lifted. This video shares a sample hoist pre-start checklist that a well-known general contractor requires their competent workers to perform safety checks and guidelines both prior and during concrete operations while using the electric roof hoist. The goal is to provide information and help people go home in the same condition that they came in. Leslie M. Jasper is your narrator for this video.
