On the podcast today we have a Dan Williams a former veteran who underwent open-heart surgery where he died multiple times and then went onto achieve a top USA ranking as a masters athlete. He has also received an All American honor from the US track and field association. Dan's story was published by the American Heart Association in their survivor gallery to inspire millions of people with heart disease that it's more than possible to achieve a healthy and fit lifestyle. Dan now shares his story with others to help them overcome all types of adversity.
