In this episode, I discuss how hard times are opportunities for expansion. We learn that the ceiling we believe we are under is either higher than we thought or not real at all. I then discuss ways to manage this challenging time and how we can soften our attitudes toward these challenges before closing up with a conversation on boundaries.
