King Saul was the first King of Israel chosen by God. Although his reign as ruler of all Israel started off well, the King quickly started to do things his own way. From not taking care of his enemies properly, to doing the work that was specifically given to the priests to do… King Saul was breaking all the rules. This and much more put him at odds with the Lord.
So he thought why not go the extra mile and instead of waiting on God for answers, Saul decides to go to a rundown town of Endor and seek the help of a witch. The best part, it was more than a witch that gave him answers. It was a ghost that gave the king an ominous fortune.
