The history of a people can be conspicuous either by its overabundance or its absence. We know only too well how history can be embellished, especially when there are significant characters such as Moses, Jesus, George Washington or Elvis. But then there are those which seem to "disappear," either because an oral tradition never got written down, or the influence of a conqueror to ignore it and perhaps replace it with their own.

There is much to be discovered, and some of the results can be amazing! Put them together, and your ancestors will no longer to appear to be living in trees until Rome "rescued" them. And the learning can give us much that we can value and cherish! Blessed Be!
