About Yāna:

Yāna is a space holder, a leaders initiatrix, a certified theta and pranic healer. She is trauma informed, a yogi and most above an eternal student and devotee of Gaia.

Choosing to be born in Lebanon during wartime in this lifetime sparked her interest in being trauma-informed.

She dedicated a significant part of her journey to self inquiry, self-healing, and serving as a vehicle for healing…She has been to dark places, thrived in light & dark and now dancing in both.

Her focus is on healing the divine feminine within each person and advocating for reconciliation with the divine masculine.

After 18 years in the corporate world as an executive leader and banker, a decade of having a double life between her soul profession and her job, she finally committed fully to Premayāna two years ago.
