129: FAYE GRANT Interview - V The Original Miniseries - 40th Anniversary!

On Episode 129 of the RETROZEST podcast, Curtis celebrates the 40th anniversary of V: THE ORIGINAL MINISERIES! This is a two-part American science-fiction television miniseries, written and directed by Kenneth Johnson. When it was first aired on May 1-2,1983, it launched the science-fiction series about aliens simply known as the "Visitors" who try to take over Earth, and how the humans from all walks of life respond to their attempts. The cast includes Marc Singer, Faye Grant, Jane Badler, Richard Herd, Andrew Prine, Robert Englund, Richard Lawson, Jason Bernard, Michael Wright, Penelope Windust, Michael Durrell, Blair Tefkin, Peter Nelson, Viveka Davis, Leonardo Cimino, George Morfogen, Bonnie Bartlett, David Packer, Camila Ashland, Jenny Sullivan, Hansford Rowe, Diane Civita, Neva Patterson, Evan C. Kim, Rafael Campos, Jenny Neumann, and Robert Stack Pierce.

Assisting Curtis in this endeavor is a very special guest; the actress who portrayed resistance leader Juliet Parrish, FAYE GRANT! In addition to her role in V, V: The Final Battle, and V: The Series, she is also well known for her previous role as remedial student Rhonda Blake on The Greatest American Hero (which we celebrated back on Episode #50). Faye and Curtis had a wonderful conversation and they really get into some interesting trivia about the V franchise, as well as other aspects of her diverse career.
