Sarah has over 15 years’ experience in Australia and internationally in private practice and in-house legal, governance, risk and compliance roles. Sarah currently holds the role of General Counsel and Company Secretary with an ASX listed gold mining company, St Barbara Limited. 

She holds Bachelors of Arts and Laws and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). Sarah is also a non-executive director of WestCycle, a peak body for riding in Western Australia.
