All too often ask the question what exactly is involved in a program when working together to resolve anxiety. Often is during an initial phone consult and I’m able to give some detail but we only have a limited time in the context of the call. That’s what I had the bright idea why don’t I create an episode / series of episodes that could assist my clients to become super clear on exactly what it is that we’re gonna be doing in a program so there are no actual surprises.
