Unlike many who head to university straight out of high school, Catherine took a different path, living life and gaining experiences until a dream took hold at the age of 33 — the dream of becoming a teacher.
She found herself standing at the front of a classroom filled with 30 eager faces. But as she navigated the ins and outs of the education system, she couldn't help but feel a sense of disillusionment. It led her to question the very core of our educational institutions.
So, she began to ask herself, what is the true purpose of education? Are we genuinely preparing students for the challenges of life beyond the classroom, or have we become entangled in a system that has lost its way?"
