Edel is highly experienced in the student assessment and exams. As part of her post-graduate diploma in Higher Education much of her research focussed on the impact of closed booked assessment on professional accountants. Edel trained to become a personal leadership and executive coach. She set up an internal coaching program which supported trainee accountants through their professional exams.
