Silence holds a lot. We all need to understand that. Especially when we deal with our partners, if we fail to recognize the silence, then perhaps we are ignoring the cracks that may build up soon. We need to address the emotional well-being of our partners to sustain a long and healthy relationship. Sharing feelings can only strengthen the bond between two, even on those ugly days when we must help to heal our partners.
