What are the best movements for each muscle group? What is the best split to use? If you want to build your body, you can't just copy what someone else is doing. What works for one individual does not always work for another. Everyone responds differently to different training programs. So, let go of the idea that there needs to be must-do exercises.

If you've been doing squats trying to get bigger legs, but you're not getting there, let it go. When you stop squatting and find something more appropriate, which is what Andy talks about today, chances are you'll make much more progress.
