In this episode we look at Romans 8: 26-34 and the question of whether our choices matter or if our lives were already predestined to turn out a certain way. God has a good plan for our lives and we can trust him.
We can't just sit on the couch waiting for God to throw his plan in our lap though. We make choices and these choices do matter and they do have consequences. When we hear the gospel we still have to make a choice. Whether to accept it or not. Even if God predestined what that choice would be. Our stance on predestination shouldn't affect the way we live but it should affect our hearts. Accepting that God is at work in our salvation. Acknowledging and being forever thankful that our salvation isn't something that we give to God because of what we have done, we don't save ourselves. It is something we receive from God as the result of his grace because of what he has done through his son.
