Today I’m having an honest and illuminating conversation with Briana Villegas about her time in the Revive Your Sacral program.

Briana is a certified menstrual cycle coach and 2/4 Generator who uses her experience with Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) to help others rewire their relationship with themselves and with their cycles.

In this episode, Briana talks about how PMDD made her feel like “a Projector living in a Generator body” and the discoveries she made through Revive Your Sacral that helped her get over the disconnection she felt to finally feel safe in her body.

We’re talking about all aspects of Briana’s journey:

  • moving from her feelings of self-hate and distrust in her body to a more grounded sense of safety
  • getting over the cultural conditioning (and Generator expectations!) that we should always be DOING something to get results
  • how Briana has used her knowledge of her sacral to gain consistency in her energy when dealing with PMDD, instead of working at a high level until burnout hits
  • finally having guidance for what it feels like to get a sacral yes (or a maybe) — and how to respond to and navigate those sacral messages

We’re even diving into a surprising twist on how her sacral has changed its tune on cold plunges and meditation!

If you’re wondering about how Revive Your Sacral can help you make major changes, this is an episode you can’t miss. Tune in now!
