John Cole Scott, president of Closed-End Fund Advisors -- chairman of the Active Investment Company Alliance -- looks at two asset classes that investors are turning to now for yields. While business development companies and municipal bond closed-end funds have low correlation, investors are looking at both asset types in order to raise yield levels in this market.
