Recently, I was listening to a podcast that emphasized just how flexible our brain is in being able to change. Change the kinds of mental habits that impact our experience in the world. And there were so many good nuggets of wisdom that I found, I wanted to share some of those with you so that you might recognize what you can actually change in your life. Today on the podcast we’re talking about creating mental habits, touching on the concepts of doubt, focusing on the truth of our thoughts, and distinguishing when we are overworrying vs. overthinking.
