At Petformance, he launched freeze-dried nutritional meals for canines, adding a new revenue stream to his consulting firm. Previously, Scott served as Vice President of Operations at Vital Proteins, achieving over 460% revenue growth. He also led significant projects at Omega Protein, improving production capacity by over 600%. Scott holds an MBA from UC Riverside and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy.
