Just over 1,000 mountain gorillas still reside in the rainforests of East Africa -- and that's after several decades of conservation efforts. Unlike many wildlife stories, tourism and travellers have a positive impact on mountain gorillas, with a percentage of all tracking permits going back into conservation.
In this podcast, we speak to renowned field biologist and founder of the Ape Alliance, Ian Redmond.
