A major immigration bomb hit today with the immediate three year backlog on EB-3 and EB-OW categories for the entire world. This has serious implications not only for those with pending labor certifications, but also those with status that is expiring. Politically, it has seriously negative implications for S386, which now loses its main argument, that other countries are getting green cards right away as opposed to two countries that have to wait decades.
