In this episode of The Happy Psychic, I’m joined by Dr. Lenore Matthew. Two years ago Lenore sadly lost her husband to suicide. She hadn’t expected to be a young widow however it was the impact of that trauma that opened her up to the amazing experience of mediumship. Her husband communicated with her from the other side, leading her to letters and information that explained that he had been a victim of childhood sexual abuse which ultimately led him to taking his own life.

I’m incredibly touched that Lenore chose to share her story with us and I know that some of you will be able to draw so much strength from her. We discuss suicide, childhood sexual abuse, mediumship and the afterlife.

Lenore Matthew, Ph.D., MSW is a Doctor of Social Work and a trauma and grief specialist, as well as a psychic medium and intuitive healer. Her intuitive gifts suddenly opened up when her husband tragically took his own life. Today, she blends her scientific background with her intuitive abilities, to help others heal through trauma and grief. Her writing has been featured by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP), the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), and The Mighty: Community for Mental Health Awareness, among others.
