One of the greatest stumbling blocks to success on the golf course is the inability of golfers to manage pressure. Much of this pressure is self-inflicted but not having a strategy to manage it only compounds the problem.
No one is immune from pressure though the better players have learned to use it as opposed to being overwhelmed by it. In this podcast, Robin discusses three immediate strategies any player can employ to reduce the level of influence the pressure is having on their play.
Pressure never goes away and there is no magic bullet that makes us fearless however there are strategies we can apply where we use it to work with us rather than against us.
