Lesley Groff, Sarah Kellen Vickers, and Adriana Ross were integral to Jeffrey Epstein’s criminal enterprise, each playing distinct but essential roles. Groff, his executive assistant, managed Epstein’s schedule and ensured that victims were readily available, booking travel and enforcing Epstein's rules. Her role was crucial in maintaining the operations behind the scenes. Kellen, Epstein's other assistant, arranged "massages" that often involved underage girls, and she was reportedly involved in managing the recruitment of new victims. She also visited Epstein during and after his first incarceration, maintaining ties to him throughout.
Adriana Ross, another assistant, handled logistics for Epstein’s encounters and helped cover up incriminating evidence, such as removing computer hard drives before police raids. She worked closely with Epstein and, despite her involvement, has remained largely silent, refusing to answer questions in legal proceedings. All three women were named as co-conspirators in Epstein’s 2008 plea deal, though they have claimed victimhood or distanced themselves from full responsibility, fueling ongoing controversy about their complicity.
