The book is full of happy, inspiring moment, the celebration of the human spirit, some sad episode, full of great advice for Non profits, and be an artist and do it yourself kind of thing. Her life story is full of awesome lessons, just read it you won’t be able to put it down. This book is a small read but full of great tips on mindfulness, and the tipping point to saying no more to the voices in your head that have been ruining your life up to now. France lovely voice will enchant you and relax you to the point of no return from heaven on earth, I think she should offer her voice as voiceover artist. The book has add some fantastic reviews. I loved it and I can not wait to have her next week on the show.
