There are times throughout the season that a change in personnel just has to be made. It can be due to lack of performance, development of a player, or a matchup on game day.
On this episode Kenny and Daniel are talking all about why you might consider a change, why you may not make the change, and how to go about pulling the trigger when the time comes.
What makes a team consider a change?

Why would a coach not make a change?
- Routine and being comfortable
- Senior leadership
- Fear of failure
How do you make the change?
- Honesty all season
- Don’t embarrass a player - call in demotions 1-on-1
- Call in player being elevated 1-on-1 and lay out expectations
- Find another position that fits the strengths of whoever you’re demoting
- Prepare your staff for the banter
